Shosuke Sato（以下「当方」）は、英語学習アプリ「Stocka」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報

• 翻訳のために入力したテキスト：翻訳・学習解析を行うため、当方のサーバーを経由してAI処理サービスに送信されます。
• 端末識別子：本アプリが生成するランダムなID（AppleのIDFA等の広告IDではありません）。無料利用回数の管理にのみ使用します。
• 購入情報：サブスクリプションの有効性を確認するための取引ID。決済自体はAppleが処理し、当方がカード情報等を取得することはありません。

知識カード・ストック・復習などの学習データは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。

2. 利用目的

• 翻訳および学習解析機能の提供
• 無料利用枠（回数）の管理
• サブスクリプションの有効性の確認

3. 第三者サービス（委託先）

本アプリは、機能提供のため以下のサービスを利用します。

• Anthropic（米国）：AIによる翻訳・解析。入力テキストはこの目的で送信されます。同社はAPI経由のデータを生成AIモデルの学習に使用しません。
• Vercel（米国）：当方のサーバー（中継）のホスティング。
• Upstash（米国）：利用回数の集計（端末識別子のカウンタ）。
• Apple：アプリ配信および決済処理。

4. 保存期間

翻訳のために送信されたテキストは、処理のために一時的に扱われるのみで、当方のサーバーには保存しません。利用回数のカウンタ（端末識別子に紐づく数値）は、最大約35日で自動的に消去されます。

5. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を上記委託先以外の第三者に提供することはありません。利用者の情報を広告目的で販売・共有することはありません。

6. 利用者の権利

端末内に保存された学習データは、アプリ内の削除機能、またはアプリのアンインストールによって削除できます。その他、ご自身の情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせは、下記までご連絡ください。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特に子どもを対象としたものではなく、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how Shosuke Sato ("we") handles information in the English-learning app "Stocka" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

• Text you enter for translation: sent through our server to an AI processing service to provide translation and learning analysis.
• Device identifier: a random ID generated by the App (not an advertising identifier such as Apple's IDFA). Used only to manage the free usage allowance.
• Purchase information: a transaction ID used to verify your subscription. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive your card details.

Learning data such as knowledge cards, your stock, and review progress are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.

2. Purposes

• Providing translation and learning-analysis features
• Managing the free usage allowance
• Verifying subscription status

3. Third-Party Services (Processors)

• Anthropic (USA): AI translation/analysis. Input text is sent for this purpose. Anthropic does not use API data to train generative AI models.
• Vercel (USA): hosting of our relay server.
• Upstash (USA): usage counting (a counter tied to the device identifier).
• Apple: app distribution and payment processing.

4. Data Retention

Text sent for translation is processed transiently and is not stored on our servers. Usage counters (a number tied to the device identifier) are automatically deleted after up to about 35 days.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide user information to third parties other than the processors above, except as required by law. We do not sell or share user information for advertising.

6. Your Rights

Learning data stored on your device can be deleted using the in-app delete feature or by uninstalling the App. For any other requests regarding your information, please contact us below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

This Policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
